
Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept reruns for perishable goods like face masks, soaps, and any skincare goods from our shop.
To start a return, you can contact us at healingbodyskin@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your package, broken, cracked, or damaged, you must send clear photos of how the package was received to Healingbodyskin@Gmail.com
YOU MUST SUBMIT PHOTOS/VIDEOS & WRITTEN DETAIL OF ATTACHMENT WITHIN 3 days OF RECEIVING ORDER.
AFTER THE 3RD DAY YOU WILL BE FORFEITING YOUR OPPORTUNITY FOR RESHIPMENT IF YOU DO NOT EMAIL YOUR SUBMISSION.

Missing and Misplaced Packages
What is a missing package?
- A missing package is a package that shows delivered through USPS postal service but the customer has not physically received the package. This means the package is “delivered” but nowhere to be found.
- The package shows motion through USPS tracking but the package has been stuck in one location for a week + with no further movement.
Anything outside of that is not a missing package.
All missing packages must call USPS & file a claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have a non-refundable policy on all of our goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
we also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and customizable items.
Exchanges
For defected items, please send clear proof of verification. We can start a process to send you a new product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
For whatever reason, if there is a technical error on our part, we can issue a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not accept returns on customizable products.
